19:30 Modern pizza, mostly doing square pizza. Excellent crust.

A bit of a line but absolutely worth it. The plum tomato sauce is amazing.

Somehow both extravagant and very authentic. It's like if someone was cooking their grandmother's food, but with the best ingredients int he world. Featuring Australian, American, and Japanese waygu, foie gras, caviar, and uni.
