Tahiti is not as interesting as Morea and Bora Bora. The hotel was fine. It is close to the airport.

Ferry from Tahiti to Moorea [Directions]
15:00 Beautiful Ferry Ride

We took a car ferry with our rental car. We needed to purchase the tickets at the ferry terminal, I believe a few hours before sailing. It helps if you are able to speak a bit of French. We opted to walk around town and get some lunch while waiting for the ferry. There are also flights to Moorea, but we understand that they are not as convenient or as beautiful as the ferry ride.

We were able to jump off our balcony and snorkel right at our room. In Bora Bora, the snorkeling was in another spot.

14:00 At the time of my visit, arguably the best resort in the world

Extraordinarily romantic and lovely. We stayed in an overwater bungalow with a plunge pool. This resort was comfortable and deserved its reputation. Everything was top-notch. Everything is expensive in Bora Bora and at almost every island where products such as gas and foreign goods must be shipped in.
